Meet Alla
Birth and Postpartum Doula
I am thrilled to be a part of your birthing journey! Allow me to introduce myself and share a bit about my background and the services I provide.
My passion for birth work began 15 years ago when I gave birth to my wonderful daughter. I realized then how overwhelming and stressful the birthing process can be not only for a woman but for the partner as well. A few years later I decided to become a Doula to support families during such an amazing yet sometimes challenging time of their lives.
My role as your doula is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. I am committed to respecting your birth preferences and empowering you to make informed decisions. I advocate for a birth experience where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

By supporting them during this magical time, I am also re-born as a Doula.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Liza Y, Calgary
I scheduled a trial day with Alla, and I immediately felt a strong connection. She is such an amazing person and it’s so clear how much she loves her job and loves babies. Beyond being professional, she was so much fun to talk to! She is incredibly dedicated and did absolutely everything she could to make sure I was resting. She took care of so many things around the house without me even having to ask, helped with the baby’s first bath, and prepared healthy food and delicious desserts. She supported me, the baby, and the household all at once. She turned the first week - which is usually the most difficult and painful - into a truly positive experience. I can’t recommend her enough; if she is available, don’t think twice!

We can’t recommend Alla enough as a night nanny! From our very first pre-screening call, she gave us instant reassurance that she was the right fit for our family. She is incredibly friendly, calm, and professional, and it was clear how genuinely interested she was in getting to know our family and supporting us as we settled in as a family of four. With a toddler already at home, making this transition smooth for everyone was really important to us, and Alla was so thoughtful and understanding of that. During the night she was absolutely amazing, we trusted her completely with our newborn baby boy. She even handled bottle feeds through the evening so I could recover and my husband could get some rest. Having Alla’s support made those early nights so much easier and more peaceful for our family. We’re so grateful for her help and care. Thank you, Alla!
